That's quite cheap, because I saw a valuation for it about six years ago at £250. A cool collectors item, but I shan't bother. I've got the songs on it!

I have this edition of Headbangers Ball and I have to say, the beard is very ill advised. He has one for a performance of New Dark Ages on German TV as well, but the beard is a lot darker than his hair. The beard is not a good look Roger.
I have an Electric Fire tour shirt and the CD cover picture of Roger takes up the full front of the shirt. I answered the door wearing it and my best mate said "Oooh, deal or no deal? Oh, sorry mate, thought it was Noel Edmunds." Lose the beard Roger! LOL!

Put It All Down To Love is one of my favour, along with Dirty Mind. When you look at that list, you realise how good a writer Spike is.
He's a versatile guy though. I heard he had a big part in the putting together of Queen's set at Wembley 86 among other shows, so if people like Roger, Brian, Freddie and John were asking his advice, he MUST be good!

I think it must be nerves - I have the Blue Rock electronic press kit with some interviews with all the band on it, and I don't remember Josh stammering on that.

Hand Of Fools is a brilliant song - Heartland is good but I don't think Peter is much of a singer - would've been so much better if Roger had sung it all.

Chris Childs is indeed the bass player for the marvellous Thunder, and he's also the bass player for Showdowman, a melodic rock supergroup featuring Thunder drummer Harry James, Ian Gillan and Heartland guitarist Steve Morris and FM vocalist Steve Overland.

I saw Roger at the Leadmill in Sheffield in 1999. It was a great night for me because it was the first time I had seen Roger live, and I had a real good spot very close to the stage. Treana was a great support act, and it was on the strength of that slot that I bought her solo album, which I still play a great deal - it's an excellent little album.
Roger was great, opening with "We Will Rock You" which featured Roger on a second set of drums before he came to the front to sing. I rememer Treana blowing my mind with the high falsetto note she hit on 'Under Pressure', and I was delighted to hear Roger sing 'I Want To Break Free' after nearly wearing out my 'Happiness' single that had the live version on the B-side. It was a great concert, the sound was excellent, the show passed very quickly and I had a terrific time!
